ABOUT EASTBOURNE FC

Our Purpose:

To foster and advance the game of football for players of all ages.

Eastbourne Football Club is a thriving and inclusive club. We believe football is good for everyone in our community - our players, their whānau and our supporters.

Our club began in 1967-68 with a group of local schoolboys who ‘twisted their fathers’ arms’ to support the formation of a formal team. This led to the beginnings of our club as we know it today.

Bishop Park on Marine Parade is our home ground for Women and Masters. Our clubrooms are based at the Eastbourne Sports and Services Club (ESSC) on Tuatoru Street.

Home Junior and Youth games are held either at the Days’ Bay Pavillion or 'Little Bishop' park next to the main ground on Marine Parade.

The Eastbourne Sports and Services Club (ESSC)

EFC is part of the Eastbourne Sports and Services Club (ESSC). It's the ideal spot for a drink, a meal and to catch up with EFC Club Members and the wider sporting and Eastbourne community. And the setting is second to none.

Your EFC Membership gives you access to the ESSC via a membership card.

The ESSC can only sell alcohol to those with card as part of their licensing requirements. You do not need to be a member to buy non-achoholic drinks or food.

Non playing members can register as Social Member of EFC (get a form from the bar). Currently $35.

Returning members - Membership cards roll over year on year while you are still playing for EFC so hold onto this.

New EFC members will be provided with a card.
